I don’t befriend Republicans. Say what you want about that, but I choose not to allow people into my inner circle who vote for hate, fascism, and against basic human rights in the name of being “fiscally conservative.” It’s not a difference of opinion, it’s a difference in how we feel we should treat human beings.
