❣️🖌I am forming a purpose, passion, and poetry workshop and am looking forward to connecting with those who are looking to find a purpose they are passionate about through writing and poetry.
💫I am a teacher who leads with compassion for the journey of the human heart. I do not show up as a guru or master, but as a human who is welcoming others to stop for even five minutes a day to begin a relationship within their own heart (God, universe, source). This is done through meditation, imagination, writing, movement, and laughter. It is through a relationship with the heart, one begins to take better care of themselves, move and make choices which are more aligned with who they are, and raises internal peace and happiness to create more healthy relationships, a more fulfilling life, and create a more positive impact in the world.
