I am an astute layperson Buddhist/Buddhist practitioner where I fervently practice mindfulness and engage in mindfulness meditation.
I am also an astute follower and reader of modern Western psychology and its relation to Eastern philosophical constructs and religions.
My almost 30 plus professional career has an environmental engineer has allowed me to realize and, more recently, to reconcile my spiritual belief in reverence for the Earth and all of the sentients being within it and the ultimate protection of the natural environment.
