I'm a former CIO & an iT executive coach. I'm happily married and a proud husband and father of one smart, multi-lingual artist.

Certified by International Coach Academy (ICA) and International Coach Federation (ICF), with a background in information technology, I strive to mentor and coach new CIOs to strategically re-invent themselves as a formidable ally for their CEO. My 20+ years of experience in the international arena gives me a unique insight into diversity, individual resilience, and transformational leadership qualities such as iNtegrity, iNsight, and iNclusiveness and their impact on leading sustainable organizations.

I am a firm believer in the power of support in one's success. I am the Elevate iT Coaching owner and the founder of PeerCoach.club, a non-profit platform for promoting Coaching through volunteering. PeerCoach.club is a launching platform for anyone who's seeking fulfillment in life and wants to help others reach their dreams, desires, and goals: "If everyone had a coach, there was no misery."

Prior to working as a Certified iT Executive Coach, I have held positions at C-level, led various international initiatives, and coached individuals and teams worldwide. I held keynotes on the subjects, such as IT Leadership and The Changing Role of CIOs in the digital era at MDM Media, and IDC events.

As chief information officer (CIO) at Roxcel Group of Companies (HQ in Austria), I have successfully joined forces with Gartner consulting and restructured IT organization, modernized IT infrastructure, crafted strategies, security policies, and led several international digital transformation initiatives. Before joining Roxcel Holding in 2017, I served as chief technology officer (CTO) at ABAX for eight years and led various enterprise-level solutions.

I traveled and lived half of my life in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, and I speak three languages.
