Led teams across some awesome companies: MoneySuperMarket, MOO, Octopus Ventures, systematic HF, JCB, GE and more. I have seen a range of good company cultures!

So when I say that iTech has the best company culture I’ve ever seen, I truly mean it. New starters often confess that they thought it was ‘too good to be true’ when they first joined, but soon realised that these aren’t just words to us.

As COO of iTech, I’m responsible for helping to create a company that Arcs are proud to represent, and an environment in which they thrive.

We’re looking to substantially grow our pool of Arcs over the next 5 years. In doing that, we want to create opportunity and are determined to ensure we see a diverse pool of applicants for each role. We know that diverse teams make better decisions, and that’s something at the forefront of our thinking as we expand.

Away from work I’m a dad of 8, so in the spare time I don’t have, I enjoy sport, fitness, nature and being outdoors.
