What can I say about my 20 years experience in IT in several progressive roles?

It's been an amazing journey and has led me to the point in my career where it's not about the money anymore, but rather making a difference in people's lives and in our communities.

I am passionate about empowering others and helping them reach their full potential as a leader. I strive to inspire others by creating an inclusive, safe and diverse work environment that enables my team to produce and deliver the best work possible.

My goal is to bring technology, processes and methodology together in a symbiotic relationship where they can all co-exist effectively in order to provide my business partners, sponsors and stakeholders with real value.

In recent years I have expanded my expertise in leading and delivering best in class technology, development and infrastructure projects & programs to working more with marketing and sales functions in an organizations.

2 years ago I launched The JAM Production Company. A full service, end-to-end, marketing agency and digital project management agency.

By merging my photography and podcasting experience with my IT background, I developed an innovative AGILE, Scrum / Kanban methodology specifically focused on delivering multi-media and content projects for marketing and sales functions

This new direction in my career has provided me a more extensive understanding of working with brands and businesses in order to produce real, tangible, business results that directly impact customer engagement and the bottom line.
