I am Canadian 🇨🇦 born but have lived in England 🇬🇧 , Germany 🇩🇪 , USA 🇺🇸 (Florida), South of France 🇫🇷 , England again, onto Canada, but England always seems to call me back!

I started life in Fashion PR and moved into full time motherhood as our family unit started to move countries. Always keen to help and get involved in my kids lives, I helped with reading programmes in each school they attended and any theatre performance the school would put on (painting scenery, running lines, wardrobe and makeup). Not one for sitting still, I started my own interior design business (depending on what country I lived in!), moved into the events industry for a short time and feel I have now found my calling in the fitness sector helping people to be their best self - one movement at a time. Life really is what you make it!
