I’ve been on a journey to heal myself since 1996. I was diagnosed with lupus at 15 and it changed my entire life. Learning to live with chronic pain at a young age brought along a lot of depression and anxiety, along with childhood trauma. Living with an “invisible illness” takes a lot out of you. I always put on a tough front but behind closed doors I cried myself to sleep 🙏 After Western medicine gave up on me I decided to advocate for my own health. 25 years later, 10’s of thousands of dollars on supplements and doctors, years of research I was introduced to herbal cell activators that changed my life. My physical and spiritual healing journey has put so much love and hope in my heart. My desire is to share my knowledge of biohacking, natural health, love and compassion so others know they too can heal. Much love and blessings
