Bio

Joseph Edward Silayo is an Advocate and Associate at Breakthrough Attorneys whose primary practice focuses on Litigation, Arbitration, Corporate law, Corporate structuring, and Intellectual Property. He works closely with the Litigation department and other departments such as Corporate-Commercial Department and Labour Relations Department.
Before joining Breakthrough Attorneys, Joseph worked as a Public Relation manager for 2 (two) years in a Non-Governmental Organization dealing with Human Rights Promotion. Joseph also has the ability to negotiate and also arbitrate. He is a member of the Young Arbitrators of Africa (AYA) but also a member of the Island Bar of Advocates known as Zanzibar Law Society (ZLS)
Apart from being an Advocate, Joseph is also a Digital Content Creator and he is the founder of Silayo Digitals a YouTube Channel which amplifies for explaining the laws of Tanzania in a straightforward Swahili language in order to create awareness among the citizens of Tanzania.
