🎭 Independent Theatre Management

RECUL is the main project of "Teatrul Nostru" Association, an independent theatre that aims to order everyday life in new relevant forms with the help of performing arts: theatre, improv, sketch-comedy, musicals. RECUL is a creative environment with three main areas of action: 1. RECUL Theatre: an independent theatre which develops classical theatre shows, improvised shows, sketch comedy and musicals; 2. RECUL School: a learning playground for adults and kids. 3. RECUL Space: hosting all of the above mentioned initiatives and being home for other creative projects from content creators - RECUL Space is situated on Splaiul Unirii 160 where you can find 850 square meters of theatre, school, socialising bar and creative community.

LEADERS Foundation is an organization that forms and supports through educational peograms the future generation of leaders who can make Romania strong on every level. I’ve been part of the team for 13 years and I am currently developing the curriculum for all LEADERS initiatives: high school students, university students and young professionals.

🎟 Improvisational Theatre Festival Organiser

!MPRO is he first large scale event in the area of improvised theatre in Romania. The festival has three main directions: audience development - bringing on stage the best groups and improvised theatre plays, short form shows, musicals and sketch comedy projects in Romania, encourage cohesion and community development through professional guests from various countries and through community outreach initiatives - doing workshops with different types of beneficiaries every year - and bringing together a diverse range of arts based on improvisation.
