Ade has been in the Information Technology arena since 1977, and has extensive design, managerial, and project leading experience in transactional systems, data warehousing and the Internet, having previously worked on various projects, around the world, in the public utilities, telecommunications, financial services, and retail industries, in Nigeria, Canada, Denmark, and the United Kingdom.

He currently works out of Lagos, Nigeria, specialising in the design and implementation of enterprise infrastructural projects, with a special focus on direct marketing, payment systems, identity management, and financial inclusion. His primary focus is using his proprietary JustInTime Systems framework to promote digital globalization to micro and small businesses, create financial inclusion for the unbanked and underbanked, while also mentoring technology startups.

The architect of the Operational Data Warehouse (ODW) which introduced the concept of Application Programming Interfaces (API's), JustInTime operational data warehouses, and JustInTime applications.

Active in the political space, in 2007, Ade was the Head of Electronic Communications for the Jimi Agbaje, Lagos State Gubernatorial Campaign. In 2011, he was the Head of Outreach & Logistics for the Nuhu Ribadu/Fola Adeola Nigerian Presidential Campaign, while in 2015, he launched Africa's first political crowdfunding platform, SpeaksFor.Us
