Bio

This is my story;

“It was in 2001, October of that year, with war looming over me, that I attempted to end my life on this plain.
I did not know with clarity at the time why. I simply wanted to escape that reality.
But I know now, 20 years on that I could not reconcile being a trained dealer of death AND a sensitive, loving, kind, empathetic and gentle man. So I killed off that part in order to survive among the warriors as a Marine, destined and capable of destroying other humans in the name of Queen and country. I did not have the capacity to hold the tension of opposites within my being.

What survived was not me in my wholeness, but me as a half person who was ashamed of my vulnerability.
It took me until I was 37 to begin to invite back what I had banished to the shadows, and I did this with the help of others; with the help of community, women, magic and love.

Only now can I confidently say that I have begun to walk as a whole person again, only now do I have the courage to guide others who walk among us incomplete, fractured, disembodied and afraid of their shadow and their light.
For it is in the shadows that the brightest of our lights, of who we really are is found, and with the right support can begin to welcome back that unifying and healing part of us, so as to truly be of service to others.

I went on to war, and served my country for a decade. But it took its toll. I am immensely proud to have had the honor to even stand alongside, some of the most ferocious, professional and valiant men I know.

Today I am whole, at peace and empowered that I have a new mission;

To support other men become whole in order to serve others in their highest excitement, joy, and live a full life with purpose.

My Returning Warrior Program is a 12 week container of transformation, healing and discovery.

I am a certified life coach and a certified FreeMind hypnotherapist.
