3. What’s stopping you - obstacles, wanting change. 🛑

4. New skills and new knowledge- write it out. 🤩

5. Leader, people in groups to work with - who has that skill or knowledge - stay away from dream killers!

6. Plan of action - write it out.

7. What’s in it for you, what are the benefits? Write it out.
