I am a business owner, investor, creator and innovator. We work with startup entrepreneurs and partners to deliver outcome.
We are the Experience Company of Tomorrow. We connect people to experiences anywhere and anytime.
Our profit channels are digital, entertainment, events, media, ticketing and venue management and production and virtual services. Expenses are office, staffing, marketing, IT and operations. We have offices in Bangkok, Thailand, Los Angeles United States and different branch offices at our venues.
We focus on Millennials, Travelers, LGBT and Females and build around them the online and experience platforms and experiences of interest, such as tour, travel, hotels, activities and entertainment.
We partner and work as supplier for brands, business and travelers.
We build and expand our technology and ticket platforms for client use, web and app integration, reseller and franchise networks.
We signed the first contract to manage a privatised airport and under the Event Hub brand, we expand the airport into an weekend event and lifestyle destination under the eat, shop, play and dance concept where we hold weekend activities, monthly concerts, fairs & quarterly signature events & festivals. Express of interest from owners for expansion the brand exists.
We build long-term partnerships with brands and vendors to increase their connections, sales, loyalty and insight.
Our customers are leading brands, hotels, media and travel and we are for many of them their preferred partner.
Our aim is to build stakeholder value, activate brands, and engage consumers.
We look to scale up rapidly and look for strategic investors or venture capital series A. Our business generates already revenue and is well positioned as the leader.
We offer potential investors equity, first right for lead re-investment, board seat with a 5-7 years return. Our aim is to go IPO in the next 7-10 years. We use the investment for M&A, industry consolidation, content, IP, marketing and operations.
