Hi my name is Carl Reid or sometimes goes by "CReid", a 🔥🇯🇲Jamaican-🇨🇦Canadian that was born in JA and raised in TO.

I have extensive years of experience as a process engineer facilitating, designing and managing digital transformation strategies and solutions.

I'm principal consultant of my company Catalyst Consulting Associates. My current mission is to design processes that get your products in your customer’s hands efficiently.

I am motivated by any problem/solution that are initiated by these 5 infamous words “It’s never been done before”.

My mantra is “Doing one thing at a time. Focusing on the most important thing first. And starting it right now.” So know, if I’m connecting with you I’m purposefully driven to give you my time, focus and attention.
