I am a fun loving appreciator of creativity and art. I like to write, I have a children’s book on grief and I like to talk, I have a podcast “In Every Season” ... although I’m quite the introvert naturally 🤨.

I became a widow at the age of 31 when my husband of 10 years, Elijah was involved in a road traffic accident.

As a mother of 3 🙎🏽‍♂️🙍🏽‍♀️🙍🏽‍♀️, I began to navigate the journey of being a bereaved parent and childhood grief and all that came with it.

10 months after the loss, the In Every Season podcast 🎙 was birthed in June 2019 while I was in the depth of grief.

I started In Every Season to not only help myself but to also help others on their healing journey through the art of storytelling.

I found that through story telling community can be created which alleviates the feeling of being alone with our troubles. A common and helpful thread is realising that we are not really alone, but instead we simply going through one season or the other.

By listening and sharing these stories of the heart, we are challenging one another to come face to face with our emotional health and knock on the door of healing, moving forward and thriving. In Every Season is proud to be a safe place for this.
