A worship place is a living entity. Through its leadership, it should adjust, envelope, and inspire the congregation to support one another and revitalize the community in which they reside.

My work focuses on understanding how identity, culture, lifestyle, socioeconomic status, and various life stressors affect the stability of personal belief, spirituality, religiosity, belonging, and the perception of religious leadership and community.

I seek to provide solutions to improve worship place health, intentional community care, demographic ministry effectiveness, and the cultivation of engaged congregations and communities.
