A youth initiative that aims to create jobs for the unemployed youth, at an above market wage to motivate them to work in blue collar jobs and inspire their fellow youth to break social barriers in earning an honest living in non- corporate jobs. Making a statement about today’s youth being productive, fearless and open for change. Our vision is to end self-shame and humility of the Jordanian youth towards blue collar jobs.
