Terry D. Anderson, is the CEO/President of Tenant Property Protection®, RV Park ‘n’ Protect®, and Chairman of the ToyStorageNation.com board. His leadership expertise was honed over 43 years in varied roles and responsibilities growing for-profit and non-profit organizations. He’s brought the same management and consulting knowledge to the self storage industry - particularly in risk management, 831b Captives, and as a licensed Property & Casualty agent in all 50 states. He is a frequent speaker at trade shows and executive summits. Terry is also a contributor to numerous trade journals, magazines, and blogs as thought leader and prominent influencer in the self storage industry for insurance, warranty protection programs, and Executive RV & Boat Storage Ownership.
