A Hispanic/Christian/H-
town Rapper
I know I'm in a box that's in a box,
inside of a box. It is what it is. I
used to get frustrated with the
"Titles" but now they don't bother
me. I love being a Tejano, it's who I
am. I love Jesus, no one can shake
my faith. I love H-Town, it's my
home but let me be clear, just
because I am these things doesn't
mean I'm gonna sound the way you
think a Mexican rapper should
sound or make every song a letter
to the Lord or talk about slabs and
lean on all of them.
So know that I won't be bound by
stereotypes.
I love teaching and encouraging
people. Whether through speaking
at events or rocking stages,
knowing that when it's over,
someone is leaving hopeful,
inspired, free of shame and guilt is
why I continue to do what I do.
So please understand, you may not
agree with my methods but know
my message is Jesus is the Way,
The Truth and The Life.
