Dr Vera CarterShields CEO of Guardian AngelHC. Quality of Life and Health is the hallmark of her life in medicine.
Educated at HBC college, graduated from Tulane Medical school, a career military doctor who struggled to be recognized as a Black female officer in US Army. Strong advocate for women, disabled, and marginalized groups. In retirement she speaks publicly for “The Hosea Project” which was created to empower people through education on health, social, spiritually challenges of the day.
