Description

This club is a peer-to-peer supportive community for anyone who lost a parent (mother, father, and/or other parental figure) anytime from birth to 40. We acknowledge that we all lost our parents too soon in life. Also if your parent is currently in the dying process and you are younger than 40, you are welcome to join us as well. This is a space to honor them, connect with others who "get it" and feel the support of a community of griefsters. You are welcome to join at whatever point in your grief healing journey you're in. If you just lost your parent a week, a month, a year or 20+ years ago you are welcome. It is never too late in life to open about your early parental loss.

We've all been through a challenging life experience that isn't commonly supported in grief support spaces. So we need to foster spaces to meet others like us around the world. Support is an important ingredient of healing.

We look at grief through a trauma-focused lens and we believe that post-loss growth is possible, probable and attainable. Healing is a lifelong journey and along the way we pick up creative coping mechanisms, new ways to honor our parents and insighful perspectives on the meaning of our lives.

Welcome to our suportive community.

You are not alone. Here, we grieve together.
