Pakistan Learning Forum, or PLF, is a revolution in executive education and learning. With a peer-to-peer network of chapters across Pakistan and the globe, PLF provides its members free access to quality learning through invited speakers.
This is MOOCs of face-to-face learning. No one pays anything to become a member or attend events, although membership and event participation are by invitation-only.
Members meet once a month to gain or provide insight on the challenges of workplace learning. An executive committee, fondly called Cabinet, volunteers for a year to run the chapter (city or learning domain) and then passes the torch to an incoming cabinet.
PLF was founded by Wali Zahid, who spent 30 years in executive education. His last position was Country Director, Management Development, British Council Pakistan. He works as Honorary Chairman and is assisted by highly motivated and capable Chapter Presidents.
