⚠️** Description Under Construction **⚠️
😊Please enjoy this rough analogy in the meantime.😊
Like flying an airplane. Going up and down is no problem. Problems arise when the plane does things that are unnatural to its purpose and design. Going up or down too fast may bring a reaction that can end in disaster.
And problems come when you keep going down and down. The problem even comes when you keep going up and up. Planes aren't meant to just go up. Or just go down. Both will end up in disaster.
However, if at some point the plane levels out, disaster is averted. Now some of you might like to take this scenario to the limits, because all you have to do is level out before disaster and all is good.
However, taking the plane to its extremes adds other complications to be considered that didn’t exist before the extreme scenario.
* Recovery period after extremes
* Cleanup from insides being jostled around (including the passengers' messes)
* Extra maintenance due to stress on parts
* Added complications that could still lead to disaster.
* Structural damage caused by stress
* Shortened life due to damage, especially when repeatedly stressed
Optimal health of the plane and its passengers is found in the gentle ups and downs. When in flight, you barely notice the ups and downs that are gentle. But you sure notice the ones that aren't! Even when you feel quick elevation changes or turbulence, there's no need to worry, because the plane is built to withstand the occasional jostling.
With a trained pilot, most issues that come up are not even noticed by the passengers. How do you think it would go with a pilot who didn't finish the training? Or, only got training in one part of flying? Or, worse, didn't get any training?
The same is true for us. We are the pilots of our own plane (our life).
Most of us are flying around with only partial training. A lot of us have been taught the parts that include our family values, our formal education, on the job training, and the school of hard knocks.
But most have had to wing it through the parts that make the flying experience most enjoyable.
In the Level Out Life Club, we aim to hold discussions and training sessions to help you navigate your flight of life peacefully and successfully.
