This is a group aimed at professionals with an interest and/or experience in strategic Talent Management & Support cultivating successful organizations within the Entertainment/Entertainment Tech, Media, Arts and Content Streaming industries.
We encourage discussions on the revolution and positive disruption of the ‘traditional’ entertainment and media business structures and mental models.
We discuss topics from the base needs of creative organizations / leaders such as Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) organization design, team/org effectiveness, talent acquisition, building leadership capability, and culture cultivation.
We are here to provide a forum between HR and Talent Acquisition professionals within the Entertainment, Media, Arts and Content Streaming to network and educate - as well as provide leaders in these industries who are seeking dynamic and constructive direction, from HR & TA professionals, the opportunity to gain perspective and guidance as they navigate building their business and brands with a strong focus on growing and supporting their Talent.
