With over 35 years experience in customer service, I have seen it all. The good, the bad and the ugly. I’ve also witnessed success and inspiration.

I am the daughter of a serial entrepreneur and through my father learned the importance of relationship building and genuine caring about your customers needs so that the sales come organically.
