A place for transactional and trial lawyers to get work done, network and chat about the law and practice management.

Work on transactional (contract drafting and review including M&As, licensing, trademark and copyright work), pre-trial (demand letters, drafting initial pleadings, discovery, law and motion, etc.) and/or trial matters (opening and closing statements, direct and cross examinations, motion in limines, etc.).

Lawyers from all practice areas and jurisdictions (local and international) are welcome.
Respect Others: Respect others. Wait until a speaker is done speaking before you speak. Be polite.
