Dr. Bailey is a lecturer, author, and founder of Master’s Touch Ministries Global, Inc. (MTM), a mission outreach with headquarters in North Carolina, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Georgia, South Africa, Belgium, Brazil and London, England.
