This private group is for all interested womxn (including those who identify as women or nonbinary) who are in tenure-track organizational behavior (or closely related fields) faculty positions. It is meant as a safe space to talk, voice concerns, to share successes (even small ones), to give and get support, and suggestions on career-related issues we face.
