This club has been curated for those who have a keen interest in their Heath + Wellbeing. Raising awareness + Empowering individuals to become their best self is PARAMOUNT! This will be achieved by offering a safe space for people to discuss + share their insights on Mental Health. Although, other psychosocial topics are welcomed such as Career, Family/Friends, Finance, Sexual Health + Relationships.Please only enter + participate with good intentions. Abuse or disrespect will not be tolerated. In addition, feel free to send messages via backchannel with a request on the topics you would like to see covered🌹 Rooms will be facilitated in English + Swahili
