This club is designed to create a safe place to make our mental health a priority so that we may stand powerfully on our throne! 👑

Let's lift each other up when the world doesn't

Let's celebrate each other when the world doesn't

Let's talk about how we feel even when we don't understand

Let's remind each other of the power that is already within us

Let's encourage Therapy and support one another as we grow and heal

Let's share stories of victory over anxiety and depression to encourage others to keep fighting

Let's touch and agree that our families, friends, clients, etc. need us BUT we must first heal ourselves before we can begin to help or heal others.
