We want to listen to your concerns as BW. We’re also here to support our Black Trans Women & Queer Women too. We listen, grow to help create understanding as we learn from each, even when we do not always agree. You are free to be yourself. No need to code switch here you are encouraged to enjoy being authentic without worrying about what whoever from a different gaze may think. Come through let’s discuss it, get educated & uplifted and if possible come up with some solutions. Welcome!!!
Respect the person, their voice & point of view: We address each other calmly or take breaks to manage our emotions. *Note: Black Women are protected & uplifted here. Moderators choose the stage participation. Typically 10 or less @ a once on stage.
