Highly Sensitive Parents are highly creative, emotionally responsive, and highly attuned to their children’s needs. Because of this and their depth of processing, overstimulation, and sensitivities to subtle stimuli, Highly Sensitive Parents are also more likely to experience parental burnout.

This club was created to provide guidance, support, and strategies for Highly Sensitive Parents, parents of Highly Sensitive Children, and Highly Sensitive People who are parents or considering having children👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

🌟This club welcomes all HSP adults including those who are not parents. We host rooms on all topics related to Highly Sensitive People.
