No Shamming: As Moms have a tendency to be hard on ourselves. We do the best we can with the knowledge we’ve attained. As journey’s of moms are being shared, we are to listen and contribute to the conversation.
Be Encouraging - Contribute: We want moms to feel safe, and confident that they will learn something from every session. As individuals we do not have all of the answers, but collectively we are experienced and resourceful.
