Must have an anointing to worship and praise.: 2Chron20:21
When he had consulted with the people,he appointed singers unto the Lord who should praise the beauty of holiness as they went out before the army, and to say,Praise the Lord,for His mercy
Must be skillful with your voice and instructment: Psalms 33:3 Sing to him a new song; Play skillfully with a shout of joy!!
