إزاي تخس وإنت مبسوط؟ سؤال محير بالنسبة لناس كتير أنا أولهم .. بعد ما قررت أخس من سنتين خسيت أكتر من ٧٥ كيلو وأنا سعيد وراضي ومبسوطد وقررت إن هدفي في الحياة هيكون إني أجاوب على السؤال ده وأساعد الناس تخس وهي مبسوطة ومرتاحة وسعيدة بإذن الله 🙂
How to lose weight happily? This is a very confusing question, one I’ve been struggling to find the answer for. After deciding to lose weight a couple of years ago, I lost over 75 Kgms while being happy and healthy, and I decided my life goal would be helping people answer this question and lose weight while they’re happy ☺️
