Description
This is a club for discussion about Jim Morrison's film "First Love." Morrison was many things, and this film is the only student work of his from Morrison's time at UCLA film school to have survived, if only in digital format.
We are hosting discussions with experts and even some of the people who were there; if we are lucky we will hear from someone literally in the film.
Morrison and the band he helped to found impacted lives around the globe, and influenced many of the people who have shaped the way we look at the world today.
This project is the beginning of a conversation, and it's a conversation rooted in authenticity of the story, and storytelling itself.
