Capacity for Afghanistan (C4A) Think Tank is a dedicated and committed group of talented, professionals, academia and Afghanistan-based researchers bound by a shared interest in supporting and promoting accountable, transparent, effective, equitable and sustainable development in all spheres as an institution in Afghanistan.
At C4A we work for identifying the ignored/forgotten/unseen diamonds of Afghan talents under the ashes of nepotism, favoritism, and cronyism.

In this club, we are committed to host room discussions on various topics related political, social, cultural and economic to share independent research, ideas and argues for reflecting realities to the community.
Safe Space for Everyone: This is a safe space for all so be respectful of everyone and their thoughts and opinions. Civil debate ia acceptable and encouraged. Mean-spirited arguing and personal attacks won't be tolerated.
Seek to understand, then to be understood: Avoid the temptation to prepare your rebuttal before fully hearing someone's point. Dialogue should be a two-way street with genuine care for each other.
Have a beginner's mind: We're all at difference places of our development. Everyone is an expert, just about different things. Everyone is a novice, just about different things. Therefore don't praise anyone.
