In this Club, we explore the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine, sprinkle in Positive Psychology and integrate ancient wisdom from Yoga Philosophy and Ayurveda.

Lifestyle Medicine is the use of evidence-based lifestyle therapeutic intervention - including a whole-food, plant-predominant eating pattern, regular physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, avoidance of risky substances and positive social connection.

This Club is for clinicians, coaches, yoga teachers, and anyone working to empower health restoration around the world with healthy lifestyles inspired by yoga and Ayurveda.

Positive Health: Our focus here is to work with and connect with people who are oriented to thrive. This is not a therapy-oriented group.
Authentic Well-being: We recognize that as human being, we have universal needs such as food, shelter and other foundations of health, while recognizing that we are all unique in our needs and in our pathways to health.
