Af’s Lunchtime Clubs. Every Monday 1pm-1:30pm. We’ve discussed motivation, dedication, confidence, determination, being funny. We’ve been joined by comedians, sports commentators, olympic athletes, coaches, psychologists. Every Monday 1pm to start off work week right. Block out your calendar and come get involved.
