For us, Blue Lights represents healing, comfort, and connectivity. We are dedicated to cultivating positive, safe spaces with poetry and music, and using our expression as a way to breathe life into others while simultaneously freeing ourselves.
Give Them H.E.L.‼️: HEL stands for Honor, Elevate, and Learn. When someone is expressing poetry/music that speaks to topics they deeply feel… honor their presence, elevate their mind state, and learn their perspective
One Mic💯: Of course we have moments where everyone talks all at once from excitement and in jest. However, the moment we bring a room back to order is when all of that 🛑STOPS🛑 So please be mindful!
Respect✔️: Whether you agree with someone’s perspective or not, like someone’s song/poem or not, their are ways to express that without attacking a persons character. SO DON’T. You will be removed immediately
