We create this through deeply restorative, active, energizing, safe and creative classes, workshops, mindful talks and community events.

The space is for everyone and from everyone. Because without it’s people, our studio is simply a beautiful space.

مانترا يوقا هو تجربه مجسده و شخصيه. تبدأ من اللحظه التي تختار فيها دخول هذه المساحه و ما بعد. توفر هذه المساحه إطلاق ل كل ما هو قديم و ضيق الى إشعال لمساحه مجرده ،متجدده و طرق جديده، منظور جديد، و مجتمع قيم واعي و نافع.

نخلق هذه المساحه من خلال حصص و ورش عمل و محادثات واعيه مجدده و منشطه و امنه للمجتمع ككل.
