Writing, singing, playing instruments, performing comedy, acting, dancing, painting, drawing, even cooking, and many other forms of creativity are ways to express the energy we have within and turn it into something beautiful. Art connects us to the world and to our fellow humans. We are the creators of our stories. We were created to create.
