Moderator Role & Responsibility: Moderators should try not to create content but instead maintain order and help people communicate & understand each other. Take off, stay on course and make a smooth landing before you end the room.
The Red Zone: Please manage your anger, no personal attacks, don’t interrupt, think before you respond. Get clearance before you take off. Never take off when there is another plane in the air.
Communication: Communicate your intentions. Get clearance before you take off. When it’s your turn stick to your plan. Take control of the air space and clear the area within the agreed time frame.
