Description

Grief is love.

We do not grieve what we do not love.

Grief is not relegated only to the realms of death and loss, but it also permeates our human experience from massive changes to the small ways we let go in our day to day life. It is how we metabolize pain, discover who we really are, deepen our capacity for aliveness and develop resilience and wisdom.

Grief liberates us from trauma, long held relational patterns that lead to codependency and frees us from addictive cycles. It brings us into a sacred space inside of us where we become new, because grief pulls us into a spiral where we let go of parts of ourselves in order to become what is more true. We question Creator, face our mistrust of love and carve out a new intimacy, a new relationship with all of life.

Grief is deep medicine that truly heals us. It IS the divine intelligence of life moving through our hearts as light, love and life that constantly reshapes us, because to be human is a constant letting go into becoming. We meet love and Eros and creativity and our genius through the spiral of grief.
