We all think that our love is the purest in all eternity, until it falls apart and we don't know what to think of it anymore, except how stupid we were to think that in the first place. This self-doubt leads to an unprecedented emotional turbulence, which in some cases (Deepika Padukone being one of the most highlighted ones) may even lead to depressive episodes.
We believe that others wrong us, and while that may be true at times, more often than not it is we who push our partners to do hurtful things to us by taking them for granted, or by imposing our own past baggages onto them.
Is all of this complicated? Hell yea!
But can we talk about it? Of course we can. And we will.
So other than the fact that talking about your emotions to people you're close to and sharing what you're going through helps alleviate your pain, the purpose of this video is not to impart generic 'gyaan'.
