Veteran owned and operated, I’ve traveled and experienced a lot as a WOC. The purpose of this group is to have mindsets shifted and old thought systems dismantled. For those interested in bringing about change through open and honest, raw but respectful discussion. COC is about burning toxic ships, building unbreakable bridges, and bridging the gaps that keep us ignorant.
Be Respectful : This is a safe space! That’s number one. Everyone is welcome to come and share their truths and can expect that what’s shared here stays here.
No trolling: Anyone disrespecting the stage or audience members will be reported, removed, and BLOCKED! Anyone NOT following the rules, NOT having common courtesy, and NOT showing CH etiquette will be BLOCKED!
Be open-minded: Lastly, and certainly not least, BE OPEN-MINDED! The purpose of this Club is to host talks and meets for those NOT LIKE YOU! We expect different POV. We welcome them. It’s about ‘Bridging the Gap’.
