Haruge on Clubhouse

Haruge is a space where everyone can speak and listen in on diverse, informative and fun topics; a space where everyone has an opportunity to have their voice heard.

We encourage you to speak as casually as possible, refer to yourself as Aharen instead of Alhugandu even - the choice is yours. We like to think of Haruge as •Emmenge Haruge• and hope you’ll feel as comfortable here as you do with your friends! We also encourage you to speak in your own dialect and share your stories and thoughts with everyone here on Haruge.

Little tip on how we do things here in Haruge:

• Agree to disagree; healthy debate means that we respect everyone’s right to an opinion.

• Be critical, respectful & bold; Haruge is a safe space to let your light shine!

• Wait your turn to speak; moderators will give everyone a chance to speak in turn. Don’t disrupt speakers unless you want to be kicked off the stage.

• Hand-raising is open to club members; hit the club icon at the top of the page and follow Haruge to become a member.

• Always be respectful; use of offensive, derogatory, abusive or insensitive language can and will get you kicked out of Haruge and possibly even banned.

*Please note that we will take a break and maintain a few minutes of silence during Adhan times in all sessions
