Description
We are here to create awareness about ADHD/ADD. There is a misconception that it is not real but it is a well documented neurological disorder. So many somalis go undiagnosed with ADHD and could have succeeded if therapy or medication was provided. ADHD is a mental disorder that causes the inability to focus, trouble with organization and a difficulty with detail oriented tasks. Adults and children can be affected by ADHD.
ADHD/ADD is complex. There is research that implies your diet is a big factor.
