-We believe first and foremost that “leads” are people, and furthermore there is a finite number of people that live in each and every territory.
-We believe that people move, houses don’t, and they do so, largely, because major life changing events cause them to need a change in their scenery.
-We believe that relationship based business, while foundational to the real estate and mortgage industries, is not scalable by traditional means in the modern landscape
-We believe that by leveraging big data, and machine learning algorithms to assist with keeping informed on the members of our databases we can grow our reach beyond what was possible in the past.
-We believe that while data insights are tantamount to growing listing inventory, the data alone will not suffice, and so integrating the insights into technology designed to assist in nurturing and staying top of mind in conjunction with alerting the people when to engage is the key to sustainability.
-Lastly we believe that collaboration and sharing of systems, tools, and strategies that engage each of the aforementioned pieces to the puzzle in order to be first to the table, and usher our clients through the entire home selling process will be what sets us apart and allows us to remain not only relevant, but necessary, despite whatever our competition is doing.
